Color:  Champagne/Black highlights

MUMM was out of time in a crowded shelter when we got a plea for help.  They said she seemed "depressed," or was she just quietly awaiting the birth of her 9 puppies?  They arrived soon after Mumm got to the sanctuary, so one dog became 10 dogs -- a poster family for Spay and Neuter.

I attended the births, bringing her dry towels and fresh water to drink, watching her clean up puppy after puppy.  They just kept coming and she worked diligently until all were clean, dry, and lined up along her belly for their first meal.

Mumm's devotion never wavered as they grew fat and sleek and healthy.  After weaning, they went to Colorado Puppy where all 9 immediately found homes.  Now she has her figure back and hopes to find a home of her own, too. 

She is a tomboy who loves to play hard with the big boys.  She'd be a terrific only-dog, or the best friend of an active, tolerant, friendly male dog -- or human! 

Spayed, vaccinated, heart worm test negative, thyroid test normal.  House trained.  Adoption Fee:  $125.00.
