Viktor was loved by his person but he was tied outside, which made him cry, which made the neighbors complain, which made the landlord decide he needed to move out, which made his mama cry. But he's here now, blue eyes popping with joy to have playmates and freedom to move! Viktor's still a "puppy" -- who weighs about 45 pounds! -- so we're teaching him that humans are loving and fun, but generally require simple courtesy, if they're going to share their home with you. He's a quick study because he's loving, too -- and very smart. Viktor's so pleased to run and play and explore -- all that stuff you can't manage on a chain! He craves kindness and love, too, and is learning how to ask politely. Gentle and playful with other dogs and puppies.
